1. Hesap silme talebi nasıl gönderilir?
Uygulamaya kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden info@ihracatcepasistani.com.tr adresine e-posta gönderin. Konu alanına Hesap Silme Talebi yazın ve mesajınızda kayıtlı e-posta adresinizi belirtin.
2. Silinen veya anonimleştirilen veriler
Talep doğrulandıktan sonra hesabınızla ilişkili aşağıdaki kayıtlar, teknik ve hukuki olarak mümkün olduğu ölçüde silinir veya geri döndürülemez biçimde anonimleştirilir:
- Kullanıcı hesabı, profil ve firma bilgileri
- B2B ve lojistik ilan kayıtları
- Teklifler, kullanıcı mesajları ve ilgili çalışma kayıtları
- Kullanıcının yüklediği logo, kaşe, ilan ve belge görselleri
- Hesapla doğrudan ilişkilendirilen diğer kullanıcı içerikleri
3. Sınırlı süre saklanabilecek kayıtlar
Mevzuat, güvenlik, dolandırıcılık önleme, ödeme ve abonelik kayıtları, uyuşmazlık çözümü veya hakların korunması için zorunlu olan bazı kayıtlar yalnızca gerekli süre boyunca saklanabilir. Bu kayıtlar aktif kullanıcı profili olarak kullanılmaz.

1. How to submit an account deletion request
Email info@ihracatcepasistani.com.tr from the address registered to your account. Use Account Deletion Request as the subject and identify your registered email address in the message.
2. Data deleted or anonymized
After verification, records associated with your account are deleted or irreversibly anonymized to the extent technically and legally possible, including:
- User account, profile and company information
- B2B and logistics listings
- Offers, user messages and related work records
- User-uploaded logos, stamps, listing and document images
- Other user content directly associated with the account
3. Records that may be retained temporarily
Some records may be retained only for the period required by law, security, fraud prevention, payment and subscription recordkeeping, dispute resolution or protection of legal rights. They are not used as an active user profile.

Requests are reviewed within a reasonable period. If more information is required for account security, we contact you only through the registered email address. Requests that cannot be verified or are submitted on behalf of another user are not processed.
